Sur Public Park Project

Signing two contracts to establish the public park in the Wilayat of Sur and its supervisory works.

The project consists of two parts: 1- The service part with an area of ​​148 thousand m2 and includes (afforestation – toilets – prayer rooms – games – lake – kiosks – celebration square – fountains – football field – tennis court – administrative building – parking)

2- The investment part with an area of ​​195 thousand m2, and an investment revenue estimated at about 3,242,000 riyals. It includes (a hotel – chalets – a commercial building – multi-purpose sports fields – restaurants – cafes – a water park – an equestrian school – a multi-purpose hall – an administrative building – an amusement area)
