The dualization of the Sultan Turki bin Said road from the Wilayat of Al Kamil and Al Wafi to the Wilayat of Sur is one of Oman’s strategic projects. It aims to improve the road-network infrastructure of South Al Sharqiyah Governorate, strengthen connectivity between the wilayats and raise land-transport efficiency. Phase 2, Part 2 is currently under implementation.
