Nakhoda Saeed bin Mohammed Al Bilal Al Mukhaini

Born in the Omani city of Sur; his date of birth is unknown, except that — as Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad bin Khalfan Al Bilal confirmed — a will he wrote for his children was found, dated 1230 AH, equivalent to 1814 CE.
